Payments and Shipping

Merchant details to complete before Stripe review: legal company name, registered address, company number if applicable, VAT number if applicable, trading address, return address and customer support phone if available.
Accepted payment methods
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including card payments when enabled through Stripe. Payment is processed securely by the relevant payment provider.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment verification. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery estimates
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Europe: 4–8 business days after dispatch.
- International: 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, customs checks, incomplete addresses, weather, peak periods or other events outside our control.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost is shown clearly during checkout before payment. Free shipping promotions, if available, are shown on the website.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent by email after dispatch.
Customs and duties
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes and import fees charged by their country unless stated otherwise at checkout.
