Product quality

We aim to supply items that match their product description and are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

Faults

If an item develops a fault that appears to be a manufacturing defect, contact us at support@licentechs.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs.

Not covered

This policy does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, incorrect washing or drying, misuse, alterations, improper storage, or damage caused after delivery.

Resolution

Depending on the issue and applicable consumer rights, we may offer repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate resolution.

Care instructions

Customers should follow the care label on each garment. Washing, drying or ironing contrary to care instructions may damage the item and may affect eligibility for a resolution.
