This website is operated by LicenTechs.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

We sell clothing, fashion accessories and related apparel products. Product images, descriptions, sizes, colours and prices are shown on each product page. Minor colour differences may occur depending on your device display.

3. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where payment fails, stock is unavailable, fraud screening is triggered, pricing is clearly incorrect, or the order breaches these terms.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken securely through the available checkout payment methods. We do not store full card numbers on this website.

5. Shipping

Shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are described on the Payments and Shipping page and during checkout before payment.

6. Returns and cancellations

Customers may request cancellation or return according to the Revocation and Return page and applicable consumer law. Items must normally be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and with tags where applicable.

7. Faulty items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us promptly at support@licentechs.co.uk with your order number and photographs where relevant.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, or losses not reasonably foreseeable from your use of the website.
