Merchant details to complete before Stripe review: legal company name, registered address, company number if applicable, VAT number if applicable, trading address, return address and customer support phone if available.

Cancellation right

For most online clothing orders, customers may tell us they want to cancel within 14 days after receiving their order. After telling us, customers should return the goods within a further 14 days unless we agree otherwise.

Return condition

Returned items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, free from odours or marks, and returned with original labels, tags and packaging where possible. We may reduce a refund if the value of the item has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Items that may be excluded

For hygiene reasons, certain sealed items may not be returnable once opened. Personalised or custom-made products may be excluded unless faulty.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@licentechs.co.uk with your order number.
  2. Tell us which item you want to return and the reason if you wish to provide one.
  3. Wait for return instructions before sending the item back.

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, customers are normally responsible for return postage. Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned goods are received and inspected, or after valid proof of return is provided where applicable.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, email us within a reasonable time with your order number and photographs so we can resolve the issue.
